Konstantinos is a very thorough and efficient worker. What we hope would be a 3 day job of tiling and plastering our bathroom ended up being 5 days with removal of rotten plaster and putting in proper waterproof aqua board and cement for a decent waterproof seal. Konstantinos managed expectations well and was clear on additional costs up front. He thought through the implications for the placement of pipes and other bathroom furniture. We ended up with an extra 2cm of room width and a very lovely tiled bathroom! We used a separate tiler and plumber, but I'd recommend just using Konstantinos!

The Service from this company is suburb, high quality workmanship, treats the work as if been carried out at their home. Always gives a clear cost and explains what work is being carried out, and can offer a large range of services. AMAZING transformation of my Bathroom.

Kostas recently fitted kitchen tiles for me, and I couldn't be happier with the result. His attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism were outstanding. Kostas left everything spotless, and the final finish is incredible. If you are looking for a go to person, Kostas is your man!

Konstantinos gave me a fair quote for the work. He turned out to be an excellent tradesman whose work was professional, neat and quick. He went beyond expectations in completing the job which included clearing the site, disposing of the old fence and vegetation that needed removing before the new fence could be erected. Any issues found were quickly and successfully rectified and he carried out additional tasks that were not in the original programme without increasing the cost. I will be using him again and would highly recommend him to any body who needs any property maintenance work.

Excellent work from Giaoupi Property Maintenance! I’m so pleased with my mosaic wall tiles! Such a kind person too… some of the other tiles were coming off the walls, so he replaced them and offered to secure the edges of my bath with silicon. It involved extra work for him, but he was such a professional and explained he needed to make sure it was all in good condition to prevent any further damage. I highly recommend this company! Kostas communicated effectively and completed the job proficiently.

I contacted Giaoupi Property maintenance because one of the posts on our double electric gates had rotted through and the gates were not operational. Mr Giaoupi came around promptly, checked over what was needed and advised us accordingly. The estimate arrived the next day and we asked that they did the work as soon as possible as we were concerned about security. Two days later the work was in hand and completed. I cannot fault the work that was carried out to my complete satisfaction and would thoroughly recommend this company as they have a great work ethic that produces a first class job.

Kostas is a very kind and capable craftsman, who is always prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome both structurally and visually. He has huge experience in anything that has to do with home construction, especially plastering, tiling and building. He is very punctual and tidy, always cleaning up after his work. He has very reasonable prices. I cannot recommend Kostas more highly: without his work I would never would have been able to feel good in my new house, especially given that it was not a new build and it was my first home purchase.

Konstantinos and his team were definitely the best tradespeople we have employed in over 30 years at this property. Konstantinos and his team were very friendly and courteous and clearly explained all aspects of the work to be done, he advised us on the best approach to repair our living room ceiling, there was no pressure to do anything more than was needed. The quality of the work done was excellent and Konstantinos put in extra hours to get the work finished ahead of time, We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Konstantinos and will certainly be using his services again!

We hired Giaoupi Property Maintenance to re-build the wetroom floor which included concrete work, floor tiling and wall tiling. The overall experience was excellent. My flat suffered a leak which impacted both my middle bedroom and living room which was very upsetting. From the initial consultation, I knew Konstantinos was the right person for the job. He is very knowledgable and takes great care and pride in his work. I can’t thank Konstantinos enough the job was to repair the tile grouting but he found the shower was leaking which he had to repair from the other side. He repaired & repaired the wall & has done a superb job. Highly recommend him

Good time keeping arrived promptly work carried out in great condition

The company arrived at short minute planning notice and carried out replacement of bathroom tiling, grouting and replacement of toilet and basin. Tiles were placed perfectly with zero gaps. I used to be data analyst for wickes installations so I am aware of what to look for in a good job and the timescales it takes. The people were really friendly, arrived on time and left the place clean at the end of the day hoovering and mopping before they left which was nice because my parents Are elderly and have to look after their health.

Giaoupi property maintenance were excellent in the way the first meeting went.The work was to remove the damp plaster board/tiles and waterproof the bathroom.The work was done to a very high standard and in a very friendly manner nothing was too much of a problem for him,re positioned the water pipes and electric cables and made them safer than there were.A EXCELLENT job.Have already asked him to do other jobs for me .
